Create your Organization
As a new customer, register a new organization.
If you are an existing customer, your organization is already defined within the Umbrella Cost platform.
Define The required Roles
Use the built-in roles you have in the platform as the smaller building blocks.
Gather them to create your own roles, according to need.
You can also use your own custom roles within more elaborate roles.
Define Permissions - These are the allowed actions to users assigned to this role.
Define Account Scope - These are the sub accounts this role is allowed to work on.

Invite your Users
Invite the users.
You can invite up to 10 users in one bulk.
Assign the Roles to users
Assign a role to relevant users.
Remember you can assign each user multiple roles.
