AWS is the most broadly adopted cloud platform, offering over 200 fully featured services from data centers globally. Umbrella monitors AWS cloud costs and provides personalized savings recommendations for companies using AWS services.

Umbrella Cost obtains the AWS billing information from these sources:

• CUR files - These files are AWS billing files, containing the main bulk of the billing information on each service used in your accounts.
• AWS API calls - We use these calls to get additional information that helps us provide added value related to your billing.
