How to find an unutilized RI

One of the most effective best practices for cost optimization is to ensure that your RI is being fully utilized. Users can verify this easily via the Umbrella Cost system.

Find RI Utilization

1. From the Navigation Panel, click Cost & Usage.
2. Click RI Utilization.

3. Users can select the specific service you want to see for each utilization by subscription.
