This page provides an overview of all linked accounts and their connections. From here, you can view connectivity details, edit linked account information, and validate the connection status to ensure proper integration.

Editing Linked Accounts/Subscriptions/Projects name

Use the pencil icon to edit the linked account. After the name is updated, names arriving from the invoice will not be overwritten with the new account name.

MSP Specific Logic

• If a reseller customer manually changed the linked account name:
  • Name changes done manually by the reseller should not apply.
  • Name changes done by the engine based on the invoice should not apply.
• If the reseller customer did not change the linked account name:
  • Name changes done manually by the reseller should be applied automatically to the reseller customer.
  • Name changes done by the engine based on the invoice should apply only if the reseller did not make a manual change.
