Billing Reports

This article describes how to create and schedule a billing report that can be sent by email to a predefined recipient list.

To create a billing report:

  1. From the Navigation Panel, select Partner > Reports.

  2. Define the following:

    • Report name: Enter a name for the report.
    • Report Period: The options are the Current month or the Previous month.
    • Report Type: CSV and/or PDF.
    • Customers: Select the relevant customer(s); an individual report will be generated for each customer.
    • Recipients: Enter the email addresses of the relevant recipients.
    • Report delivery frequency: Select from weekly/monthly/quarterly/custom.
  3. Click Save.
