Edit Onboarded Account fields

Once an account is onboarded, you can view and edit its details directly from the Accounts > Cloud Accounts page, by clicking the pencil icon. In this way, you can update credentials or make configuration changes without needing to contact our support, and save your time.



Editable Fields by Cloud Provider

AWS

  • Account Display Name
  • Bucket Name
  • Bucket Region
  • Role ARN

Azure

  • Account Display Name
  • Client Secret Value
  • Storage Account Name
  • Container Name
  • Directory Field
  • Export Type (Unblended, Amortized, Focus)

GCP

  • Account Display Name
  • Project ID
  • Billing Dataset Name
  • Billing Table Name
  • Service Account Key (JSON)


Change History

For every edited field, the system provides an audit trail so you can track:

  • When the change was made
  • Who made the change
  • What was the old and current value



Important Note

Unlike during onboarding, edited values are not validated by the system.

⚠️ Please make sure the information you enter is correct. Incorrect details (for example, entering the wrong Azure Client Secret value) may prevent us from processing your invoices.

Once a value is updated, the system immediately applies the new configuration for the account.
